Do you have a life insurance policy?

I’m getting to that age where I should probably start looking into life insurance just in case something were to happen. Those that have them, who are they through and how much do you pay every month for it?

My employer offers 2x salary and I pay very little for an addition 1x, like $1 per check ($26/yr). That's enough to pay off all debt including mortgage.
