Do you have an ergonomic office?
My chair and keyboard are ergonomic. I have a wrist pad too since I get aches in them if I dont hold my hands properly when typing. What about the rest of you?

Chair has no back
Trackball tilted back with foam under the front
Spread keyboard because I gots me some wide shoulders & straight keyboards are cramped
4th monitor angled down to me
