I'm personally for it if the suspect is proven guilty of murder. Murderers are the lowest form of scum on this planet. I honestly cannot see why someone would think that people who take lives deserves to live themselves.

Death row is a palace compared to how it would run under by rule.





imho, death row should be the scariest place imaginable. It need to be the darkest, dankest dungeon under the prison, where captives are regularly forgotten. physicality and mentally abuse them, fail to feed them from time to time. Every once in a while have the a few of the prison guards come in the middle of the night to abduct one of them, take him out and beat the holy hell out of him. Sometimes they die, sometimes they are just beaten and left back in their cells with some bandages, and on rare occasions returned unscathed. f*ck with them. Make them wish they were dead.

I don't think that murderers are the lowest of the low, there are things you can do to someone worse than killing them. But I'm all for the death penalty. I don't think there should be a such thing as "life in prison" as a sentence. I actually think life in prison is a harsher sentence, but I don't want to pay for it.

The justice system is like hitting your kids. It shouldn't be an angry form of retribution, but the best way of doing things. If some convict is messy in the head and will negatively effect the rehabilitation of other inmates, kill them.





I say that generally, obviously each case is unique, but yeah. It should be there as an option imho.

Speaking of prisons....



I have an idea for child molesters. Maximum sentence is a week in prison. BUT. They wear pink outfits (the other prisoners know what these pink outfits mean) and are left in general population. If they last the week they are free to go.



I support the death penalty, but what happens when you execute someone who is innocent? Innocent people have been locked away by mistake before. If there is proof they are guilty and no doubt about it I say execute them. Nothing makes me more upset than hearing about someone who murders someone else and receives 10 - 15 years, then they are out in 7? WTF!? They took a life, they should never be able walk free again!

I say we put all the violent criminals in a single room and let them fight it out. The last man standing gets to go free... (and then be shot by a sniper).
