Daewoo replacement parts availability
After researching, this is what I've found.
Collision parts are available from http://www.gm-car-parts.com along with sensors, motor components, etc.
Some regular wear items are available from special order through autozone or autozone.com. So far I've found a set of Albany front pads and a clutch assembly (!) on their site. The clutch was only $148, pads $29.
There's a dealer in Australia that apparently makes parts available if something more exotic is necessary:
Matt Schlosser
Spare Parts Department
John Collins Holden Daewoo
976 Nepalean Highway
Mornington, VIC 3931
Australia
Parts@johncollinsholden.com.au
www.jch.com.au
(011)-(61)-(03)-5975-4433 telephone
(011)-(61)-(03)-5975-4720 FAX.
They apparently prefer to send things economy air mail insured.
I've also heard parts available from Daewoo Puerto Rico, Ireland, UK, and spots in Europe.
For suspension components, I've not looked for bushings let, but struts are available from both KYB and Sachs-Boge, and springs are available from Eibach (they're drop springs, but will still work as replacements).
Please expand on the list as you find anything.
