813 hp, 1700 lbs of torque on stock internals, stock fuel delivery and stock sequential turbo, just tuning, exhaust, intake, intercooler, a little nitrous. Impressive for sure.

Sorry, raising the BS flag on that one. No way he's making that kind of power and torque on a stock primary and secondary fuel pump and stock injectors. Not without a s**tload of propane. That spike in the dyno chart isn't "because when he hit's it, the nitrous spikes it" like that tool in the video said. It's called torque converter flash. Looking at his graph, without the spike, he's making about 750HP and 950TQ. Those numbers I can believe.
I have a few friends with 10 and 11 second diesel trucks. Buddy of mine worked for Diesel Dynamics and now works for DynoJet. I almost bought a Cummins with 750 HP and 1200 Lb/Ft. I wouldn't say I'm an expert, but I know a couple things about diesel tuning.
