supposedly the US has a WMD that can alter radio waves, control peoples minds, control weather, create earthquakes and hurricanes and has been testing it for years. 2 other countries also have a this weapon although havn't tested theres as much as ours.... there are other articles where people are pointing the finger @ the US and blaming them for haiti.

i think its bullshit but its fun to read and mess with people who truly believe in all of it.

the problem with the weather machine is we would have seen the trickle down effect of this technology and we haven't. not that individuals or companys would be controlling the weather but you would find better weather detection, tornado shields for a house or even a town. plus this machine would have been designed by a human, built by a human, the electronics and many other parts would be outsourced to other companys many times over seas. still fun to read but i don't believe many of the conspiracy theories either.

 

We did a lot of well documented weather modification experiments for a long time before backing way off. That means that either we decided that it wasn't worth investing more money in it or that the projects became secret. There really isn't any way to tell.

The sites linked above are just some idiots running their mouths. Nearly all of the "unexplainable man-made cloud formations" can be explained as natural phenomena by anyone who paid attention in elementary school science class, even if it seems extraordinary.

I doubt that we have the technology to make earthquakes. We do have the ability to create minor rain storms with cloud seeding, but it's a costly process and it's far easier to just transport water than it is to make it rain.

the earth has way too much mass for a man-made piece of technology to cause two plates to suddenly grind/shift over each other. if we wanted to control the weather, they would make the planet colder to counter act the effect of greenhouse gases. major BS.

 

the haarp weather controller thing is real stuff. it charges the particles in the uppermost atmosphere with ultra high amounts of watts (ionosphere) using radio waves to change (bend if you will) its shape. this can disrupt communications. scientists warn that it can do more than just that though. what exactly, i don't know. sort of reminds me of "Goldeneye".

Russia was testing this while Obama visited Norway, said to be "flexing their muscles at us."

it looks strange from the ground, but it's just a spiraling rocket with beamed energy charge that explodes at the end. i guess this means information can be beamed by light but it's not available. just shows you how much we don't know about advanced technology.
