Computer Virus?

A few days ago my sis let herself in and used my computer to download some music to burn to CD (She does not have a burner) I discovered this when I came home and found several music files on my desktop. Ever since then my computer has been DEAD slow and the clock is stuck in a loop.
Right now the clock runs from 11.45pm to 12.45 am (1 hour) and then jumps back to 11.45pm. I ran my Virus checker (McAfee) but it did not find a thing.
For those that want to know..
