I think they also come with a coach registered card or card to register it though coach.

 

^^i dont know about that, but i think that might be if you buy it at a store?!? I know these are last season item so idk. i remember my ex bought a brand new LV bag and she was able to trade it in and stuff with her receipt, but you cant do this with the stuff from this lady because its last season i guess? but obviously if the bag is defective then you could. I guess ill find out when i get my wallet.
