So I've always been a huge fan of Family Guy and watch it just about every week. When they announced the Cleveland Show, I was kind of iffy on the idea considering Cleveland really wasnt all that funny on Family Guy, nor was he ever really portrayed a whole lot on the show also.

So when it came on 2 Sundays ago, I watched. It was ok, and even though my expectations of it werent too high....I sat through it and I had a couple of chuckles, but nothing like when wathing Family Guy. This past Sunday I gave it another shot, and I couldnt even watch the whole show. I ended up changing the channel about 10 minutes into it, and then changed back once Family Guy came on.

I dont think I see this show being on very long, considering it would be a safe bet that the only reason why people would watch it, is out of curiosity due to being Family Guy fans. Those of you who have watched it, what are your thoughts? Personally, had they done a spin off with Quagmire, and gave him his own show...that would be of been way more entertaining, than Cleveland. But considering Quagmire is such a popular character on Family Guy, I dont see him going away any time soon.

Thoughts? Opinions? 2 Pennies?

 

I could careless about it since Im like the only person in the world that doesnt watch Family Guy.

Idk I just never got into it. Another show everybody likes but I dont is South Park, Ill watch it if nothin else is on but its not one of my favs.

 

Family guy is okay or a few episodes and then I'm bored. South Park is great because it keeps up with the world around you. Every episode is always based off of something big and stupid going on in the world. Family guy to me is more of a comic strip put into a cartoon. All of the tangents are hilarious but after awhile i'd just rather read F Minus. You're not alone with not liking Family Guy

 

I love Family Guy for the simple fact that I am a child of the 80's and they use a lot of 80's in the show. Brings me back! On the other hand, i'm wondering if Cleavland will make a whole season or not.
