Unfortunately, there's no telling how much more fuel is being added... and what's worse is that when the system is in closed loop mode it'll dial back to stochiometric anyways. The "mod" only works when the engine is cold or the throttle is at 98% or better (depending on the cutoff, different manufacturers use different TPS settings to cut back to open loop mode).
If I were to do this and do it as a kit *right*, I'd have it set up as a potentiometer from the cabin along with a cheap A/F LED display...
