You'll notice too that it's only the spire that's taller than the Burj's. That actual functioning space is a about 10-20 meter shy of Dubai's.

so, not really build it in 90 days, put it together in 90 days.. by the looks of the video i watched it will still take a TON of time putting it together offsite and they will just erect it in 90 days.
impressive but come on, 10m taller and not even usable space that would be taller.. oii..
if you watch that video though, very impressive of the 30 story building in 15 days.. up to a 9 on the quake scale resistant, very energy efficient, etc..
