US Spec 240SX's had pop up lights. We're not living in your "JDM" world.

 

Of course, I was already WELL aware of that. Perhaps you are not aware that people buy S13/S15 Silvia front clips, import them to America and than install them on their US Spec cars. I grew up over 27 years in the USA so I am quite familiar with what goes on there.

 

Perhaps I am not aware? My best bud has a JDM S13 frond end conversion on his 240SX. My point being that they don't sell it stock in the US. You can 'convert' anything to anywhere. I've seen a few ITR in Hong Kong before that had A-Spec front end conversions and that car isn't made in the year JDM ITR's had 4 circular front head lights. Just like JDM ITR front ends, just like the Legacy JDM B4 front end conversions.

 

I was just under the impression you thought I did nto grow up in hte USA and was not familiar with car life there since I was living in my "JDM" world here.

On a side note, I really think hte S13 looks like crap but a S13 Sil80 looks truely bad@ssed!

Ah, finally got to see the video. Yeah, thats drifting. I like the red/white/black HKS Silvia S15. It was on the cover of the September(?) Option magazine that included a free 1.5hour DVD chock full of OPTION magazine drift sessions!

Drifting kicks so much @ss. It just sucks that for Kia/Hyundia/Daewoo people, your cars are FF so they can't drift. sad.gif

And the thing is, 1st and 2nd generation Soarers are not considered luxury cars here. In fact, no "Lexus" really is here except for the LS430/Excelsior. Aristos, Soarers, Windoms, Chasers (oooooooooo, Chasers!), MarkIIs, and Crestas. Toyota has so many "toys" to play with over here. Oh, did you guys know that some 2nd gen Soarers came TT like a Supra?
