Default Car Model Builders

Just wondering if theres anyone here who builds model cars? I used to do it ALOT, but kind of stopped over the last couple of years because I didnt really have the time. But I'm thinking about maybe getting back into it and picking up a couple of kits over the next few days. smile.gif

I used to. None of them came out right because I never had the patience to do them right. I've been looking at them again the past few months, but there are so many other things I'd rather have.

I built a few, and then I went through a scale R/C phase (pretty much building models and putting the bodies on an R/C car chassis). I built a LOT of model airplanes though but haven't done that in a long time either.

i used to build Gundam models, they were cool, because you could move them around like action figures to put them in different poses.

tried airplanes before that but didn't have the patience (too young)

never tried cars, maybe i should.

I used to, but only Bburago die-cast bodied kits. I usually threw away the directions and customized them to make them more realistic (wrap the seats in real leather, install carpet, etc... ).

I began with WW2 aircraft. Revell skill level #3's were my favorite with complete paint.

I have done the Tamiya 206 WRC:

I want to buy the Carisma GT:
and Lancer EVO VI:

the ford focus RS WRC 01:

and i have the Subaru RS WRC STi sitting in my room:
but i want the Safari edition as well:

Yep, no Hyundais, SEAT's, or Skodas :/
