whew, been a real boring day today! my friend was visiting earlier to play rock band with us. i bent over to pick somthing up, and my bf was fooling around behind my back, (i'm sure you all know what i'm talkin about lol) and then he tried to put his feet on my back, and justin (our friend that took this pic) he was reminded of Capt. Morgan the rum drink guy lol, and i just went down on the floor for laughs lol

lol guys, he's not puffin nor tucking lol, he actually is that skinny, actually no he's not skinny, he's muscular. this guy have absolutely no fat on him whatsoever! it's all skin, muscle, and bone.

the bicep on his arms are so huge, he cannot wrap his fingers around and touch finger to thumb if you know wat i'm sayin here. and counting his abs when he flex his abs, he's got a 8-pack.

i got a real nice 6-pack under all my belly chub laugh.gif lol

couple things wrong.

-captain stance could definitely be better. left arm on raised left leg, body turned towards camera.

-if you can wrap hand around bicep you are most likely a little somali child

 

lol, huge lmao.gif, i cant fit my hand around my wrist let alone my bicep.

hell i cant even get my hand halfway around my bicep, and i have very very little fat on me.
