1. That looks like an American Dragon missile, the kind we stopped using years ago.
2. Scary, yes, but missiles, much like grenades from a grenade launcher, need to travel a set distance before they arm. Grenade's need to travel 30 Meters (Measured by how many spins it does out of the barrel), and most missiles need to travel at least 100 Meters before they arm.
Still, I'd soil myself.
