Multiple things....

Guy eating girl out in the pool, girl about to give a BJ at the pool table, guy with pool stick about to shove it up the girls ass, guy reaching for girls boobs, girl in green bikini looks like she's pissing in the guy who's laying in the lounge chair's mouth, girl with the white sh*t on her chest from the guy standing in front of her...
