Have an auction for a $25,000.00 sports car starting only about $1000.00 but in the description they say that it's 24,000.00 + the bid ?

Someone can always change the description of the item after the bidding is started, right ?

Check it out, everyone retracted their original bid;

that's really weird. i guess that's why you have to read carefully on ebay or you'll get screwed. plus, if i were someone looking at a car that the bidding only started at like $800, i'd be a little hesitant..

$25,000 for a dodge stealth?? I don't care if it's turbo and in nice condition, i wouldn't pay that much for it...the 3000GT's are much better looking smile.gif

I would think that it would be against ebays policy. They charge you for your auctions based on the ending auction price. This guy is technically frauding ebay. If I had a Ebay.CA account, I would bid and then email ebay to report him.

That was my thinking too, he's trying to avoid paying the fees for E-Bay but E-Bay wouldn't back him up after a sale.

Most people who put a beat didn't have any feed back!
So, the guy who won the auction with no feedback probably won't complete the transaction.

The Stealth and 3000 are not bad cars...
