Well, I can understand that then if you were just doing it to beat folks.

I work on my car to make it look the way I want and to turn heads. It's getting faster in the process. But I don't race.

Yep same way here, I like messing with my car but I've only raced it once. I want to have my car for another 3 to 4 years if possible and treating it well will reap it's own rewards.
