How do you power brake a FWD manual in the first place? If the tires don't spin, the the car would die. How would you work all three pedals at the same time to do that?

His clutch was fried to begin with. When he dropped the clutch to burn out, the clutch never engaged at all.

Still....... lmao.gif

This would be assuming the guy in question has a clue about driving... which obviously he doesn't. It IS possible to work all three pedals at once.

Left foot on the clutch. Toe of your right foot on the brake, and heal on the throttle. If you have wide feet, you can put half of your foot on the brake and half on the throttle. It is possible.. but it takes practice and knowhow..

Well, yea, I know how to do that, but getting the motor to spin while breaking is pretty difficult unless the clutch was already COMPLETELY shot to begin with.

very very true wink1.gif

I'm doing it everyday. At first it was difficult but now I'm doing it almost everytime I downshift.

The manouvure is called a heel-toe.
left foot on the clutch right heel on the brake and right toes on the acclerator.
Like some one mentioned, its only good for RWD

Damn WMV, I got a Imac. I really wanted to see that video.

Well, Anyway if he burned out his clutch that reminds me of when my frien Joe and his 4Runner went against a 3/4 ton chevy in a push off. Joe thought it was his wheels makin the smoke... laugh.gif
