Boat owners
Thinking about buying a boat this year. I’m thinking something between 22’ and 28’ kind of like this:
Anybody have one? Whats the insurance like on it?

I wouldn't ever buy a boat. My friend did with the intention we were going to go diving all the time... We have been out on it once in the last two years and didn't even go diving. I'd look into renting one.

Almost everyone I know that has one almost never uses it unless you literally live on the edge of the water. The hassle of taking it out all the time is simply not worth it. Rent and save money.

Happiest 2 days in a boat owners life. The day they buy the boat.....and the day they sell it. Everything in between costs way to much money.

My boss lives on a the shore of a lake and sold his boat because he didn't use it. Unless you already know you will be constantly using it or just have the money to spare, rent.
