I only go out when I find something good at Academy, like a gun, ammo, etc. The lines are never that long.

I find the longest lines forming around midnight and drive around those buildings several times wearing a Hawaiian shirt, heater on full blast, windows down blaring the Beach Boys.

To hell with that mess. I have a job! That fight is nonsense.

I buy all my Xmas stuff early and satiate vanity when I want at the price fit at that moment.

A Best Buy associate told me that Target and Walmart are considering an 8pm opening on Thanksgiving Night. They may follow with similar opening times but he hadn't yet been told.

edit: Link on bfads says 6pm.

Walmart is bringing back the staggered three event structure this year, with the first round of Black Friday sales at 6pm on Thanksgiving Day, and the second round of doorbusters set to begin two hours later at 8pm.

The final, third event starts Friday morning at 8am and lasts all weekend long

The 14" HP Chromebook for $179 @ Staples interests me the most. I was going to get the new 11" HP but may be willing to go with the heavier 4-pounder for $100 less.

I need a 22" monitor for my Snap-On diagnostic center. I'd also like to get a 50-65" TV. Either a 240Hz LCD or a Plasma. Most of my family lives out-of-state, so I get them gift cards. Easier to mail. BF is all about stuff for me.

I think I'm more interested in Cyber Monday. Shop from home at my computer, with coffee in hand and no dealing with crowds!
