I pretty much designed it my self because I wanted no posts, an engineer friend of mine, it got on paper with a stamp, and an engineered slab . I had a few guys willing to help me build, but snow was coming and we all work fulltime jobs,so I Hired some local Menninites Who (after my slab was done) banged it together in 11 days!, That very night I got my tib inside and it snowed.Still electrical, heat, insulation, drywall, and all that stuff yet to do, , so far just over $40 G's cdn..and the hoist was $3900 cdn installed..
fvck yea, man caves rule.
I got several friends that are "DINKS",lol. they have all sorts of fun.
one thing about a good garage like this i've never understood though...a wife b****es that you spend all your time in the "man cave" garage, but never complains about not being able to find you. without a "man cave", they b**** cause you are never at home... never understood that one, lmao.
the loft looks like just enough room for me to move in Ronnie, cya in two weeks. fing02.gif
