I see they have a accel underdrive pully for only $35,do you think that is a misprint or is it really that cheap?

Looks like an under strut brace to me.(under the front struts)

however..."center" would seem to imply center of the car. maybe it bolts into the center of the chassis?

They have a seperate under strut brace...so who knows. The website is low on information.
