i thought he was just messing with people at first but he made other super goofy posts and i think he really is just retarded when it comes to cars.
He wanted to make more horsepower by making the pushrods a little bit longer, making more lift, LOL

actually i think the name is incorrect, i think that's the best idea ever! think about it though, if you have 4 cylinders firing, and the exhaust flor goes back into the engine through a turbo that pressurizes and runs four other cylinders that's a V8 with half the power needed to run it.
say for instance the exhaust goes through a turbine that propels a pulley. that's an extra pulley that could crank more cylinders.
the picture itself if goofy, but the idea itself it a good one. all you would need is for some engineers to come up with the other half.

well, you would probably have to ask real engineers but they might say it's a possibility. that's what i'm saying. of course they would have to get the math, performance, functionality all correct but in sense it might work not like the redneck drew but the idea itself. the picture is like a cavemans drawing. remember i'm not talking about exhaust as power itself like the picture is identifying, but instead the flow of it.
i'm not talking about reusable or infinite energy because at this moment in time that's absurd, but i'm talking about a way to lighten the load using exhaust flow and turbine to run extra cranks. a turbo runs extra air to the engine, but i'm saying to use exhaust flow to propel extra cylinders. shit you could co farther than that, have two turbos, one to inject the engine with compressed air and the other to run extra cylinders. powerband all throughout RPM's.
only reason i'm open minded about it is because i have family members who build engines and engineers are not just mathematicians, designers, or craftsmen, but they are scientists as well so to shut this idea out right away would be like leaving no sace for creativity like a dead end in a maze.

LoL, cmon man...
Why would you want the turbo turning the other 4 cylinders?
The point of cylinders in the engine is THEY produce power, creating a way to power other cylinders (other then through combustion) doesnt make any sense.
Besides, a turbo couldn't do it, It takes a lot to run dead cylinders, and the backpressure on the original 4 cylinders would be immense, almost guaranteed to stall the first set of cylinders.

^^ Yes it does generate some interesting ideas about use, other than turbo, when you take away the putting it to the intake. However it would take a good bit more engineering for it to be usable.
^ My thoughts exactly, but it could be worked out. Still, it would defeat the purpose of being effecient.
The idea as it is drawn is beyond stupidity though. I mean common... If you know anything about engines, you would know that it wouldn't work.
