That's an awesome ad, very dramatic, very well done.
Loneshark, what's worse than blaming the previous guy is screwing things up worse than what they are and NOT taking the blame for what YOU have done. Seems he thinks that everything good that has happened is to his credit, and everything he's done wrong is someone else's fault. Never do we hear him taking the blame for ANYTHING he's done wrong. At least President Bush had the guts to stand up and say he had done something wrong.
REAL maturity is taking charge and RESPONSIBILITY for everything as it stands. Not blaming the previous guy for everything. If I may restate your quote:

Yep, and that's where we'll be stuck forever. Always blaming the previous guy, always wishing things had been different, always looking backward. How about we move on, make the best of what we have, take responsibility for what's currently happening and do something about it! We can't change the past, but we certainly can change the future! Only looking backwards and blaming the old guy for everything is no way to affect today and tomorrow.
It's hard to move forward when you're stuck in reverse.

true that, i cant argue that at all. we are all stuck in a f*cked up cycle of fear mongering. i did vote for obama, but even the latest sh*t he was pulling, by scaring us into thinking the world was going to end if the delegates didnt strike a deal, just annoyed me. this fear inducing campaign only works on the uneducated.... sad to say thats the majority of the populace. CNN is looked at like some sort of holy grail and reputable news source, when its really no better then FOX. its just more "hollywood" and "classy" than its counterpart. why is it that John Stewart and Stephen Colbert make more valid points and have better introspection than mainstream media? but we still look at it like its a joke since its on comedy channel... sad.
the day they do away with the antiquated electoral college voting system, is the day we will see real change in this country... till then study your bill of rights, grab a few guns, and learn survival tactics. if not the current 25-35 year olds that spark a revolt, it will be the children that are now 15-25 years old that must do it. even the new guy just played into the hands of the real world leaders... obama hired every one of the fucksticks that ran wallstreet up to 2007 when it collapsed, as his head advisors and chiefs.
check the movie Inside Job. its a documentary. pretty good stuff.
