O.K guys my tib is a right hand drive 1999 1.6i 16valve, i'm waiting for my knew CAI to come, my Q is... can i bore my TB out?

Its OEM, i don't know what the size would be, 50mm,52mm 54mm ??.
I've looked at buying a BBTB but they are quite alot of money, so i thought about getting one of the engineers where i work to bore it out.
Can some one tell me what size the OEM ones are for my ride and whats the max it can be bored out to if possible.
I might have to buy a second hand one to and get that one bored then swap them over as i need my car everyday, so has any one got one hanging around ? If so PM me with a cost inc shipping to the U.K.
Thanks guys.

No problem. Sometimes it can be tricky to find the right stuff using the search engine because it's picky, you have to be pretty vague and just take your time looking through all the pages. Sometimes I can't even find my own threads when I want to refer to them..lol.

If you can't find what you are looking for in one section (DIY), then expand your search to the whole site.
