judging by that damage, they say that muscle cars are safe or big and whatnot... bull --ing sh-- they are.

 

Crazy how the fiberglass/plastic Lexus didnt have anywhere remotely close to the damage that the all steel GTO had.

 

The plastic car hit the metal car high on the door, it was coming off the island/bushes/may have caught a little air. It was above the frame, etc. Had it hit level I doubt it would have gone that far in.

i doubt the pontiac would have had any side intrusion bars/chunky B pillars. what a shame. does anyone see the irony in lexus killing pontiac? no?

 

^^Great video and exactly what I was thinking when I seen the pics. Automobile safety has come a long way. I applaud the automobile safety engineers of today. If someone was in that Pontiac, they would have died. Looks like the Asian woman may have got all but a sprained wrist.
