APC D.O.T ?
Got a ticket today because of the APC rear lights I have. So my question is are they D.O.T approved and if so how can I tell?

They should be. The way to tell is by looking on the outside of the light.. There should be a number that has DOT before it.. That will tell you (and the pig-bastard) that the lights are 100% legal.
