Evernote is a mobile / computer application that stores/shares/transfers/syncs data (photos, notes, etc.) between platforms and devices.

So, anyone use it? Anyone pay for a premium account? How do you like it? Any idea on security or encryption?

It's an iPhone application, and it's on my Palm Pre.
