im considering about getting my 2 gen tib trade in for 3 gen tib.

mine is base with automatic.2001.

how much did u guys get for your cars if u traded in, and how much should i ask them for my car

I'm guessing you'll get about 8.5-9.5k as a trade-in... no matter what KELLY BLUE BOOK says, you'll always get less for it being a Hyundai... trust me they'll find something wrong with it and just make it up... Your problem is that you waited till it goes to 2003, see to them, it's just how it sounds, it'll be harder for them to sell a 2001 in 2003, then it is to sell a 2001 in 2002, see what I mean, then don't care of when specifically you bought your car, just how easy it'll be to resale... you have to remember though, that if they offer you even 10k, I'm sure you still owe about 11-12k on it, which would mean you're out about 2k more, that you will have to put once you go in...
