That headrest makes JVX laugh.

 

Don't get what the hell this racing headrest does. The whole point of racing seats is to provide lateral grip on your body to prevent rolling back and forth and with a 5point harness it does the job very well(I'm sure you AutoX'ers know what I mean). Just rice! gay

 

as for the headrests... yeah, NO function for sure. rice, yeah, but i have no intention of getting racing seats (i don't race). i just thought it was a neat idea. especially if i painted the inserts orange to match the interior, and pull the stitching out that says RACING.

suicide The headrest is designed to let your hair flow thru the openings. Your rear-seat passengers pulls your hair, you involuntarily stomp on the gas....I think thats it rolleyes.gif

They weigh less and are more aerodynamic, therefore you go faster. Whatever you do, don't take the racing stiching out.......that alone is worth about 10 whp, you'll only be shooting yourself in the foot.
