Anyone Have At&t Hookup?

My phone broke and at&t screwed me out of getting insurance a while back. Just seeing if anyone knows of any way to get some kind of a deal without having a new contract. Phone is a Blackberry Bold.

make phone calls. ask to speak with higher ups....
speak firmly but not yelling and say you're looking to switch to Verizon or Sprint if you can't get what you're looking for. if that threat doesn't work, maybe even offer to meet halfway. instead of payin full for the phone, see what it would be like w/ a 2 year contract.... and offer to pay something in the middle. (phone outright = $400. 2 year contract = $100. try for $250 or so.)
