i've been wanting to snatch two rare F2 photos from catalunya. If anyone has a forocoches.com account step up. I don't really understand spanish, and it's saying something like new users don't have privelages to download pictures from the website.

is that what is it? wow... that's a first. i hope you don't have to have post counts. appreciate the help. what caught my eye is McRae and Eriksson weren't driving for hyundai yet in 1998 and Catalunya so it has to be from 1999 and if that is right then we're in for some juicy photos.

Man, that site sucks...
I already registered, got my email confirmation, re enter and activated my account, and, I still can't post my introduction, and I don't have permission to make any post yet, nor see/download those images.

arnoldcop, thanks for your help!! i know of few people that would go out of their way. this is the very first model, the predecessor rally car carried over from 1997 from australia.
apparently the descriptions are correct, it wasn't the widebody i was hoping for but it's very close. i wasn't aware that eriksson and mcrae drove these cars until 1999! it wasn't until 1998 f2 evolution when wayne bell and staffan paramander were found behind the wheel both in testing and rallying. but if you look at the fender, staffan paramander is driving with eriksson co-driving. amazing how they switched up drivers with co-drivers!!!!
