there's no way I could do it, Im anemic. I would imagine taking iron pills before hand might help you. You wont be as weak if you have a high amount of iron in your blood. I dont, thats why Im anemic. I get weak and tired very easily.

 

I used to donate platlettes quite often. They use a needle in each arm for that. It's not bad. Like everyone says eat and drink before hand and don't lift the same day. I had a manager who donated blood so often he had track lines from it. Kinda weird.
