This morning when I woke up, it was only 59 degrees out. The car performed like it had a constant shot of nitrous going through the engine the whole way to work, which was awesome. But other than better car performance, I'm kind of over the summer at this point and I'm looking forward to hoodie weather, pumpkin spice coffee, and the holidays. I know I'll want to slap myself once winter hits, but having a ton of days this summer where we were over 90 degrees and near triple digits for the heat index...I cant wait until summer is over with.
The Genesis only has until mid-October anyway (60-70 days) before its put away for hibernation. So I guess I should probably enjoy it while I can since the next couple of months are most likely gonna go pretty quick...

Having half of my new house underground and the other half well shaded has paid off this summer. I run the AC once a week TOPS and the garage stays a nice 72 degrees in the hottest weather.
That said, Fall is going to be a b*tch with all the raking and leaf blowing. Might just install land mines to take care of the yard.

Oh hell no I'm not. This place is unpleasant the other 9 months of the year. It hit 92 yesterday, the hottest so far this year. It's been staying in the 70's. No complaints.

Me too, but all in due time, stop trying to take away my summer, I'm enjoying the heat!

I hate 100+ Texas dry heat! Can't wait for it to be over. Even tho fall heat ain't to far from summer its still better and winter ain't to bad we never see snow.
sooo ready for the fall, not so much the winter. installing wheel chair ramps in this Virginia heat is going to be the death of me ! also looking forward to some pumpkin spice from Starsucks... i mean Starbucks.
