dude i don't know, i know people in NC and they got some crazy hondas. but, anyway back to your point. my buddy had a crx si, pretty much stock, he had a straight pipe, intake, and it was lowered and i think he adjusted the valves and he hit a 15.4. but you got to figure they only way like 1800lbs.
