lol, thats not going to hold any kind of water. All you have to do is say I was being funny no annoying, harass would have been a much better word and it would have needed a description as well. (but thats already a law)

You know what this is... it is a way to keep the US postal System from going bankrupt. If we cannot annoy people over the internet, we will have to do it over snail mail.

I read the article.. I am pretty positive that the ACLU is already lining up somebody to take it to court.
