.ai Or .eps Image Needed, Please Help. Site Decals!

Okay, I'm doing some quotes for site decals but everyone asks for .ai or .eps images, I don't have those. What I DO have is what is available here.

The .pdf's are supposed to be the appropriate vector formats, but I guess these guys won't use them.
Can anyone help?
ALSO!!! I need someone with a set of the site decals to give me measurements for them, I think it's 1.5 inch tall by 8 inch long, but I could be wrong.
They didn't like the file they got, but they finally converted one themselves.
