Default After 4 years, they got me..

Well after 4 years they caught me. Ive been without a ticket for that long. I had just got on the highway (I-80 in Illinois) and the semi was in front of me. This being a fast highway I dropped into 3rd and passed him. Got back in the right lane and as I get over the hill, there sits 13 state troopers. And I was the next guy on the list. Yep. 86 in a 55. Ouch. I got lucky as I was curtious to the officer and he let me have 84 in a 55 which is only 29 over. (Wreckless is 30 over) $115 dollars and a class and i still got my clean record. suicide

I only made it like a month. Then when I finished a 6 month probation period so it wouldn't go on my record, I got another ticket (not for speeding).

I think it was Hootie who never had a ticket...?

yeah, when i had my truck, i got three tickets in two years. i was trying to top out my dakota on I95 and it would only go 95mph. i was so pissed. but the state trooper got me. i told her i had diarreha...she didn't buy it. $275. but since i've had my tib, i've only gotten pulled over once (for racing), and i got a warning because i was courteous to the officer. btw, i won the race

you all are lucky! my license has been suspended twice now...it's been 8 months *knock on wood* for me and last month i got a letter from the dmv telling me that i am now off probation and now i'm on like a *warning* period or something.....if i get a ticket i go back on probation...and a ticket while i'm on probation = another suspended license! sad.gif fairfax county cops BLOW! even if you're curtious to them it doesn't matter...they STILL give you a ticket and act like a bunch of ****S! ah well....at least i don't have to pay $500 a month for insurance on my tib anymore! now i pay $250....mostly b/c i moved from fairfax county to loudoun county.....*such is life* smile.gif

yes, it's the police who are at fault for your consistently illegal driving.
