My parents used to live up in Melrose, MA. A year before I was born there was a MASSIVE blizzard. Dad still tells stories of having to clear out the snow in front of the garage by digging with the shovel above his head.

I live in RI so i am pretty sure your talking about the same blizzard i know it happened in the mid-late 70s..my parents and teachers used to talk about it whenever we got a snow stormi think it was 1978...not sure

I got cold just looking at those pics. Thank god I moved to CA and only have to deal with snow when I go sking in the mountians.

Yey those pictures gave me chills as well. Do we get a cookie if we guess what kinda of car your mom drives.lol When i was in Hakido(spelling) japan it snowed like 3 or 5 feet over night. Its was unreall. I have pictures of my hummvee and tents covered in it. Just don't have scanner working to post them on my comp.
