5 cops vs a knowledgable citizen

So from what I can tell they picked up a 9 year old boy for whatever reason. Maybe they have curfew or who knows. And they try to take him home to his parents so they ask the person's name and he refuses. Why would you refuse to tell them your name?
Ironically failure to comply with a law enforcement officers direction is illegal in most states. I would have just told the dude if you don't want to tell us your name to prove this is your kid then we will take him downtown until his legal guardian comes down pick him up.
Best part is when the female officer asks if he has a job and he avoids the question.

Yea, just because a youtube title says he is a 'knowing citizen' doens't make it true lol. I would probably take him in to a mental institution if I heard a man talk like that.
