Default 2 stroke engines

I have always wanted to learn how to repair and modify 2 strokes so I finally forced myself to go out and buy some books on the matter. They dont seem very difficult and I should be able to do some basic repairs pretty easily. Anybody here know alot about them?

I loved my 2 stroke Yamaha 250 Enduro. Also was fond of my old dump truck with a 2 stroke supercharged Detroit Diesel V8 from a previous job.

And white tire smoke lol. It was pretty awesome for a semi truck.

Depends what you mean by "a lot". I've done basic repairs on them, my mates own some 2 stroke bikes, I know the theory of their operation... was there anything in particular that you wanted to know more about?
