From the tire tracks it looks like the driver tried to whip around the island at a fast speed but failed to do so. I'm not quite sure how he lost control but his front right (left in this picture) end hit the tree at the bottom of the front lawn.

apparently after the accident the passenger got out laughing. i disagree with Carol, "This is a reminder to those who believe street racing is fun." it wasn't street racing, it was an inexperienced driver trying to have fun. duhh. this car was also on a test drive from a high end import dealer, so it wasn't street racing. sucks to be the guy, and the dealer. bet that made the news.

nothing like waking up in the morning and seeing a lambo on your lawn. that's funny though. washer tank is full! and you pay $3,000 for an HID. alright!

(for me lambo is vw so either way)

Its funny because i know the family's lawn that it landed on. The guy lived in my city a few years before that and we didnt know where they went lol. imagine my surprise when i saw him on tv with a brand new lambo totalled on his lawn lol.

The fact that they were laughing is sort of disgusting, they just wrecked a really expensive car driving too fast in a neighborhood, I don't see how that's really funny.

^probably his girlfriend being silly. or they have way too much money. but yes, i wouldn't have ever laughed, instead been disgraced and upset like normal people are. but have you ever seen a normal person? haha.

it's great that they were seen checking up on the car.

it is a nice argument though, whether exotic cars are really worth the money. i've always wanted a Ferrari F355 F1 Berlinetta but that was when i was young. i've gained so much knowledge (and height) since then that i've realized there are more important things in life and the globe doesn't deserve to be wasted and polluted more by someone's ego. that's why i'll drive a hyundai all my life even if i were filthy rich.
