zex nitrous actived by flooring it?

you can set it up many different ways with each system. you can have it activate at a certain rpm, some you can have a computer even tell if the mixture is too lean and it will shut it off, venom kit for those who want to know. and then you can do it manually. it all depends what you will use it for and when. most people, unless they race. as far as i know, will use just the manual.

If wired by the instructions, the zex kit will activate on 2 triggers.
One is the main switch that powers the control unit. Second is the throttle position sensor telling the unit that it's a wide open throttle. There are ways around this, but I suggest only using nitrous at wide throttle. That is when your fuel pump delivers the most fuel, which is what you want to avoid going lean.

My kit is activated by a button on my shifter so that the Nitrous would never be used in 1st gear and only when I wanted it! Here are some pics of my install!
1st pic you can see my shifter in the middle and the arming switch to the left with my purge button!
2nd is my bottle position,Mnting point
3rd is the location of ZEX unit and purge cyl
