And my first question is how close to the intake manifold should you tap the hole for the nitrous nozzle on the intake piping?

I'm not familiar with the Sonata.... If you have a MAF, then you want it to be downstream of the MAF so it does not get wet and throw off your air/fuel readings.

Also what seems to help is right on the elbow on the back side, then face it as straight as possible to the Manifold so you dont get alot of turbulence!
Also good choice on the ZEX kit!!!! Now you need a down tube and a bottle heater!!!!

Thanks guys. I bought the zex safe shot kit. It was an open box special at a local performance shop for only $165. It was too good to pass up for that price.

I'll just be doing the 35 shot for now and then when I get bored with it, I'll upgrade to the full kit for only about a $100 more. This is my first time ever using nitrous so it works out good for me to learn alot about it while using a small shot that wont blow up my car. Then when I learn more I'll upgrade to a bigger wet shot.

Thats a really good price. I myself have been looking into those small cheater kits. But at only 35 horses at the most, not sure how much it will really make a difference.
