Internal NO2 Upgrades Mainly a question for RED.
Ok, SInce I may have to do a rebuild if My TPS theory don't work, I will be needing to do an engine rebuild. So I need a checklist of parts I should upgrade if I want to use about a 150 shot NO2 system. Only enigne internals ie, conrods, valves/springs and such will be needed. If just one person says upgrade my clutch he is asking for trouble. smile.gif Anyway. I would like to use as much stock parts as possible. Resuable if I can. So what I need to know is what can I reuse, stock type replace and upgrade for NO2. I am asuming I don't want to increase compression. Is lowering compression a good idea? Or should I should I go with replacement high compression pistons/ compression lowering plate? Anyway, I would also need some links to get this stuff at the cheapest prices and If you know a relative price on this stuff would be also helpful. Remember I got the 2001 Elantra. I am assuming all the internals from the previous beta will fit. I Know about the HLA vs. Solid Shim. Is this conversion possible? Thanks.
