Dry kit/Turbo on a Returnless Fuel System?
I've been reading in varius posts how people have been having problems setting up dry nitrous kits and going turbo on the aforementioned. My question is, is it possible to convert a returnless system to a return system to optimize it's benefits? What's the level of difficulty/technicality involved?

It can be done, it isn't horrendously ''difficult'' but requires a lot of time. You need the return-based fuel rail, pressure regulator, fuel pump, fuel tank lid and return fuel lines. Then you get to run all the lines BACK to the fuel tank, install the new rail and pressure regulator and the new pump.
Or you can just opt to use a nitrous system that directly interfaces with the injectors (Venom right??) or use a standalone engine management system to control larger injectors for a turbo setup.
