Save up another grand to 1500 and you'll have a nice turbo set up. Paying more than $600 for a nitrous kit is retarded.

i agree that price is steep as hell.. comprehensive as poop, but expensive for nitrous that you have to refill..

for someone with a built supercharged v8, needing extra easy power, this would be a good addition.. for a 4-cylinder, you could piece together REAL boost for not much more and never have to worry about a bottle fill-up.. would have power all the time, not just when the bottle is open or not empty.

That is a rip off!

1. You still need a DownTube to vent the bottle out side the car if you ever plan on racing at any kind of NHRA track that you have to get inspected by tech!

About 100 dollars for a downtube kit

2. You are going to want some kind of bottle heater.

They can range from 150-300 Dollars.

Only thing i can tell you is check out Turbosocks site, Get a begginers turbo kits, you will be much happier with the power you get and it is alwasy there, you dont have to check paying to fill it up, or find a place to fill it up!

I agree. You can get a ZEX base system for $400 and add on all the acessories for an extra $300... maybe you will spend $800-900 on a ZEX and get everything in that package plus a bottle heater, safety blow-down, and a bottle gauge. That's a basic kit for way more than it's worth.

just noticed what makes it a "Tripple Threat"

....the Triple-Threat™ wet nitrous system. This system combines all three valve functions: Purge, N20 and fuel in one easy to install component.

It's a tripple threat because it's a wet-shot and it has a purge.

I installed a $6000 nitrous kit in a C6 Vette. It had a separate fuel res for C16, fully progressive computer control, dual bottles with remote openers and bottle warmers. The nicer the kit, the higher the price.

What's nice about this? Looks like a wet shot with a purge.
