Wtf Is This? PnP Megasquirt ECU
I was also getting worried. Glad to see this is still a go. Wish I could have bought it sooner as now I'm probably getting laid off for a few months, I'll have to wait till April or so.
Thanks for the update!

Just a quick update...
I talked to Bill a couple of days ago, and he let me know that the latest one he constructed works perfectly. He's going to run it for a week or 2 to ensure there are no problems (consider this the second R&D unit), and then production will continue.
If I recall correctly, Bill has found someone to make these for us on order, a real company instead of fly by night in some a-hole's garage (not referring to you Javageek).
This is a huge step. I'd like to remind everyone of why this has taken so long.
1. These had to be fully reverse engineered.
2. Javageek and Bill both had never built a MS before, and with the cost of the parts, didn't want to break stuff through trial and error.
3. The moron that made the original R&D unit (mine) used the same black wiring for ALL of the connections inside, making tracing the wiring a bit difficult.
4. there was a considerable amount of modification done to have the AC relays and starting issues all work correctly. considering these were added in AFTER the inital build, it complicated the reverse engineering.
So, they are on the way, and the last big hurdle has been jumped.
BTW, stay tuned, an interesting dyno is coming.
My MS is uninstalled at the moment, and I will be going to the dyno in the next month to do the following.
1. Base Dyno with OEM ECU and current mods.
2. After Dyno with P&P MS ECU and current mods, with the road tune I've ran with for a year now.
3. After Dyno with P&P MS ECU and current mods, dyno tuned.
Should be interesting.

dang, by time these come out, ill have my entire FIC package ready. (IAC removal, MAF removal, base fuel/timing maps, MAF remapping, O2 remapping, wiring diagram, etc)
its been over a year and still ONE prototype/production unit....
