are you asking about an image like i have in my sig??
use the photobucket website that you just signed up for. upload a picture there, and take the "IMG" link and copy it into this website.
click on "your account" on the top tool bar. it should be in there.

Those arent a list of mods, it shows how active you are on the site. Stock = newbie (from about 1-100 posts). The more you post, it changes.
